Charles Oduor A school in Kakamega county has collapsed this morning following the ongoing heavy rains. Shilungu primary school is located in Shilugu-Mugai ward, Malava sub county and has become the latest institution to be affected by heavy rains. The school has lost three classrooms and the administration block.
