Uasin Gishu County Women’s Representative Gladys Shollei has encouraged Kenyans to use organic food as there are hundreds of chemicals two thirty which should be prohibited immediately after committing research that causes dangerous diseases that harm humans.
Speaking to reporters shollei after receiving ten thousand signatures two from Green Peace Africa after making the request in parliament that two hundred and fifty chemicals should be banned in the country.
In addition, Shollei has sensitized farmers especially in Uasin County Gishu urging them to use alternative way to Develop Better Farming.
Green Peace Organization CEO Esther Bett said that fifty schools and prisons have been able to get better education for using alternatives to promote Better Farming.
