As the county gears towards hosting this year’s edition of Kenya Universities Sports, Bungoma County commissioner Samuel Kimiti has assured residents of security ahead of a the event which will be held at Kibabii University bringing together sportsmen and women from varsities countrywide together.
The event, sponsored by Kenya University Sports Federation (KUSF) in conjunction with Kibabii University is scheduled for December 18.
Kibabii University vice chancellor Prof Ipara Odeo said that the games and sports activities will give greater avenues for schools to converge and share new ideas.
