Residents of North East Bunyore ward in Emuhaya Constituency, Vihiga County, have been promised access to clean water with the introduction of a solar-powered water project in Ebunangwe. The county government has vowed to support the project, which will enable every household in the area to have access to clean water.

Speaking during a visit to the area, Hellam Aineah Esipila, a member of the North East Bunyore ward, said that he is working closely with the county governor and the Ministry of Water to ensure that the project is completed. The project will utilize solar energy to pump water from a nearby source, making it a reliable and sustainable solution for the community.

Esipila appealed to residents to be patient and work together with the leaders who were elected into office to bring development to the area. He also urged them to pray for the success of the project and for those in leadership positions to make wise decisions.

The county government has allocated funds for the project, which is expected to be completed by 2027. The residents are advised to remain patient and cooperative as the project unfolds.

In his message, Esipila called on residents to unite and work together with their leaders to achieve their goals. He also encouraged them to elect leaders who are capable of delivering development to the area.
