Elders from Sasala area have urged residents to prioritize safety as the foundation of education for their children.

The message was delivered during the funeral of the late Florah Simiti in Imbinga Village area, who passed on at the age of seventy. The ceremony was conducted by the Pentecostal Holiness Church Malimali under the leadership of Pastor Solomon Mwirotsi.

Addressing mourners, the village elders emphasized the importance of unity among community members and warned the youth against engaging in criminal activities.

The elders also advised parents to ensure their children attend school and take their education seriously. Residents of Elwokho A and Elwokho B villages are urged to prepare for an upcoming community meeting which is aimed at addressing community concerns and finding solutions to improve the overall well-being of the residents.
