In a moving ceremony at the Ikonyero Faith Church in Kakamega County, Pastor James Atsenga called on young people to surrender themselves to God’s will and dedicate their lives to serving the Almighty. The occasion was a baptism ceremony, where many young people came forward to publicly declare their commitment to Christianity.

Pastor Atsenga emphasized the importance of surrendering to God’s will, urging the youth to abandon their worldly ways and seek a life of spiritual growth. He also cautioned them against getting entangled in destructive vices such as drug abuse, which can hinder their spiritual progress.

In his remarks, Deputy Head of Muranda Farm Evans Mudinyu echoed Pastor Atsenga’s sentiments, urging the youth to seek God’s guidance to avoid negative influences in society. He encouraged them to come to church and seek spiritual nourishment.

Retired Pastor Evans Chole also took the opportunity to remind teachers that they should prioritize their spiritual growth, even after retiring from their professional duties. He emphasized the importance of seeking God’s guidance and wisdom in all aspects of life.

The joy and excitement were palpable as many newly baptized individuals celebrated their new commitment to Christ. Pastor Magraet Lugalia couldn’t hide his happiness as he congratulated those who had been baptized, acknowledging them as true witnesses of God’s love.

The newly baptized individuals also celebrated their newfound faith with great enthusiasm, knowing that they had taken a significant step towards a life of spiritual growth and transformation.

The ceremony was a powerful reminder of the importance of surrendering to God’s will and seeking His guidance in all aspects of life. As the young people looked forward to this new chapter in their lives, they were filled with hope and anticipation for the blessings that lay ahead.
