No political leader will be allowed to organise a political rally at Kabuchai since the deadline has been rolled out.
According to the press statement released by the Bungoma County Commissioner”s Office,any act of organising any Gathering after deadline is awful and shall be treated as an offence.
The statement has either raised an alarm that the CC”S office through it’s security agents at Kabuchai have beefed up to ensure that no security issue arises during the forthcoming fourth ,march by-election.
Through the statement, residents of Kabuchai have been urged to practice their democratic right in a free and fair way.
Kabuchai parliamentary seat was left vaccant after the demise of former member of parliament John Mukwe and it has attracted several aspirants amongest them Ford-Kenya”s Majimbo Kalawanga, U,D,A,S Evans Kakai and independent aspirant Casper Wafubwa.
