Lubao FM has a chance to add medals in the trophy cabinet following the launch of this year’s Communication Authority KUZA Broadcasting Awards and People’s Choice SMS voting on 28th of April 2023.
The Awards have been running since 2017 with an exception of 2020 due to the Covid-19 outbreak. The aim of the awards is to recognize broadcasters who stand in line with the Regulatory Requirement Board of Kenya .
In the last years Gala event at Safari Park Hotel, Nairobi, Lubao FM bagged two gold Awards;The best radio in Local Children Programming and the Ubora Copyright Award, radio category.
