One security guard of Bukhakunga secondary school is receiving treatment at a hospital in Kakamega after unknown robbers gained access in school last night.
The incident which occurred at around 2:00AM saw the armed robbers with crude weapons Walk away with Ksh. 86,000 from the bursar’s office, Laptops from the principal’s office, Laptops from the secretary’s office and Storage gadgets.
West Kabras MCA Hon David Ndakwa while addressing the press at school urged the Staff and Community to voluntarily give any information that will aid the police to bring the culprits to book, the statements that were echoed by the school BOM Chair Mr. Antony Wasena.
The school principal, Mildred Achieng urged the Police to speed up the investigation so as to bring the culprits to book, she confirmed during the incident, one security guard was injured and none of the Students and Teachers got injured.
