Bishop Simon Peter Kamomoe has officially been installed as the second Bishop of the Catholic Diocese of Wote after being led to the Cathedral chair (cathedra), the official seat that signifies his authority as the diocesan bishop.
The installation took place during a solemn Eucharistic celebration currently underway, with the Holy Mass being led by Archbishop Philip Anyolo. The liturgy has brought together bishops, priests, religious men and women, government leaders, and hundreds of faithful from across Kenya to witness this historic occasion.
