Resident close to Arnesen’s High School, located in Uasin Gishu County, are still comprehending on a case where a form one student died in unclear circumstances. has been closed indefinitely following the sudden death of a Form One student.

Before his death, the student had visited the learning institution’s sanatorium. Later, he was found alone in the school’s hall while nose bleeding and foam oozing from his mouth. The learner was rushed to the hospital, where he died after medics unsuccessfully tried to resuscitate him. Following his death, tension built up at the school as learners threatened to go on strike.

The management, however, resolved to close down the institution until further notice.

Confirming the incident, Uasin Gishu County Commissioner Stephen Kihara observed that investigations were in place to ascertain the cause of the student’s death. he however asked the public not to jump into conclusions as claims that the student had died from covid 19 related complicated strived among the members of public.
