Regarding the Wednesday riot by Trumps supporters which left some dead while others injured it has also now rendered some jobless. The riot images, videos and posts on social media circulated worldwide. Some who were identified by their employees therefore ended up being sacked or leaving their jobs.
One person for example was seen and photographed wearing his company’s badge was one of the lot from Navistar, a direct marketing company .The company issued a statement saying they support all employees right to peaceful, lawful exercise of free speech therefore any employee demonstrating dangerous conduct that endangers the health and safety of others will no longer have an employment opportunity with them.
On the other hand apart from being photographed, one Rick Saccone shared an image on his Facebook account of himself outside the capital also lost his job.He was a professor from Saint Vincent college .After further investigations the institution gave out a feedback that he had submitted his letter of resignation immediately. On his side of the story Mr Saccone said he decided to resign on his own for the betterment of the school and that he did not want the issue to tarnish the name of the school.
One Texas attorney was also left jobless after his social media post appeared to show him talk about his participation in the Wednesday riot. It still isn’t clear whether he left on his own or was terminated because he was unreachable.
The rest who are powerful officials are being questioned and disciplined for their support for violence.
