Police officers and the area Ass. chief, Lubao sub-location madam Suluvei Ashiono, have managed to arrest a man aged 30yrs who allegedly stole a cow from Shikuhula area, Kakamega County.
Wilson keth who is the owner of the stolen cow said that he realized his cow was missing when he went to check the cowshed, thus reporting the matter to the area assistant chief madam Suluvei Ashiono who acted immediately and with assist from the public arrested the man.
Speaking in her office, the area Assistant chief Suluvei Ashiono confirmed the incident and has urged the residence to report such cases to the police and avoid taking laws in their hands.
